Fabric Collage
I love the texture and color possibilities that come with using fabric as an artistic medium. I am a beginner in fabric collage and am still experimenting. The two collages shown here represent two different approaches.
The tree was developed by using tiny random snippets of fabric to build the dimension and shapes.
The portrait involved deliberate planning of colors and shapes to achieve the desired effect. Click on the thumbnails to have a closer look.
